Ireland Journey
The Aran Islands are amazing. Very elemental, sheer drop coastal cliffs, stone walls everywhere. It’s the kind of place that gets into your head because the Sacred is omnipresent . . . magnificent stark beauty. – Past Participant
The difference between a journey and a pilgrimage is that on a pilgrimage every step counts. - Phil Cousineau

Join gifted writing teacher & creative life coach Suzanne Murray and a small group of travelers on a journey in the West of Ireland, the edge of the ancient Celtic world where Irish (Gaelic) is spoken. Find magic, mystery, and a deep peace in this landscape of stark beauty and rich culture. Step out of time into this elemental world where you can slow down and open to receive the wisdom, insights and experiences that come to us on this journey. Whether you are interested in writing or coaching along the way, Suzanne will offer writing sessions for those interested and will be available for individual guidance as well as sharing her love for the land, people, culture and history. We will support and celebrate each other’s journey and while also enjoying time for individual exploration. We will visit amazing scenic and historic places; stay in hostels where we will meet other travellers; and visit local pubs in the evening to revel in the traditional Celtic music. There will also be time to wander on your own and slip into cafe to meet locals.
I want to tell you again how grateful I am for the journey with you. It was easily the high point of my year. – Diane Wright, September 2009 trip
Thank you for the generosity of spirit with which you shared your beloved Ireland with us. – Judith Rousseau, September 2010 trip

Ireland is different, Accept that from the start. It’s friendlier, easier, warmer, happier, more straightforward, and less threatening to strangers than any other European nation I can think of.
